Street Food Taco Treat ( San Mateo CA Food Series ). On the busy street of El Camino Real in San Mateo California lay a bright orange food trailer called “Tacos El Flamingo.” The history of the flamingo icon on this food trailer is unknown to me but what is known to me is that this place knows how to make some good street food tacos. Phillip, Owner of TEF, has invited me to try out some familiar Mexican food dishes from his food business and I was blown away by the consistent deliciousness of each plate.
