In today's video I look to cook a delicious fish, chips and mushy peas for less than £1 using Iceland's new battered fish fillets.

Round my way, that would cost you a tenner at any chip shop, but I can knock it up at a fraction of the cost, you read it right, under a pound a portion. And a few pence left over for some bread and butter. All washed down with a nice mug of tea.

Having some budget meals up your sleeve is really important these days too. But will it taste any good?
