Hello guys and a last warm welcome from Faro town..
Yes sadly today is our last full day so we will be making the most of it by having a quick breakfast and heading to the Faro ferry, just down from the marina, where all the boat tours are. We had decided to pop over the the beach as it was a long walk, or just €3,90 For the boat..
To be honest it was far better than we thought it was going to be, it was very easy, running every hour, and gave you plenty of time to admire the peace and tranquility of the nature around you..
With around 50minutes each way it's not a bad price for the distance travelled..
Once on the beach we walked up the sand, as we are really not used to warm sand in January!!..
It was such a lovely and warm day in the sun, soaking up the lovely beach and listening the crash of the waves..
A few hours passed, we walked, talked and drank coffee and snacked on the beach coastline. then early afternoon we headed back..
Mum was ready for a sleep so I relaxed by the marina with an ice cream and yet more coffee.. We had a quiet evening, involving watching the sun go down  and just this lovely meal in a restaurant walking distance from our room..
It been an absolute pleasure to visit Faro, I will definitely be back again some day..
