Hey Hope Nation! Today, I find myself in beautiful Colona, British Columbia, reflecting on a daily battle with physical pain. From a metal plate in my back to titanium vertebrae, every step is a reminder of the fragility and strength of the human body. Despite setbacks, like a recent injury from a fall, I'm here to share my story—not for pity, but to inspire.

Back in 2000, I faced a pivotal moment at the Golden Gate Bridge, surviving a suicide attempt that shattered three vertebrae. Thanks to modern medicine, I now carry titanium and a metal cage, a reminder of my second chance at life. Each day is a gift, albeit one that comes with risks; the slightest misstep could mean paralysis.

Today, amidst the pain, I'm reminded of gratitude. I'm about to embark on a new venture, meeting Dan Martell and Renee Warren for our podcast, 'Hindsight Couples Edition.' It's a testament to pushing forward despite challenges. Physical pain isn't just my cross to bear—it's a universal truth that everyone faces struggles.
