Water to coffee ratio: 16:1
Water: 600g
Coffee: 38g
Grind: Medium/Coarse (sea salt)



Steps
At the start, pour 80g of water over your freshly ground coffee.
After 30 seconds, pour 270g of water in a circular motion spiraling in and out.
At the minute fifteen mark, pour another 200g of water.
At the two minute mark, pour the remaining 150g of water.
At the 4 minute mark, all the water should've made it through the ground coffee. Remove the filter and serve.
