Sport: Basketball
Product: Fleer
Year: 1986-87
Cards in Set: 132 (+11 Stickers)

The most legendary Basketball-Card set ever, and beside the 1909-11 T206 and the 1952 Topps the most important card set in the whole hobby.
Topps droped out of the basketball card market after the 1981-82 set and the void afterwards couldn't be filled by the Star Company, that produced low print run sets, which weren't readily avialable or successful. 5 years later, Fleer starts to produce their first basketball set, that now includes all the Rookies from the years inbetween, since they didn't had a card in their rookie years. But even for that, the set is louded with all time greats like: Charles Barkley, Karl Malone, Clyde Drexler, Dominique Willkins, Isiah Thomas, Hakeem Olajuwon, Joe Dumars or Chris Mullin. The most popular and sought-after card is of course the Rookie card of basketball GOAT and propably most famous athlete in the world Michael Jordan. He also has a sticker in the set, which aren't included in this Top 20 list.

Thank you for watching.
