The powerful motor with 170 KW / 231 PS is economical, smooth-running, powerful and particularly easy to maintain. The extremely torsion-resistant frame with three-point mounting of the driver's cab, engine and gearbox as well as the axle suspension with push tube technology, wishbones and helical springs enable an axle articulation of up to 30 °. The cabin is built on the Unimog chassis via the floor assembly provided for third-party bodies on the Unimog, which is permanently connected to the cabin, but has a double 3-point mounting to the vehicle frame. This does not restrict the vehicle's entanglement in the terrain, and the living space is still stored without tension.
