This was an overnight trip near Asotin, Washington. We started up the North Fork of Asotin Creek toward the Pinkham Butte junction where we gained Pinkham Butte / Bracken Ridge. From there we went through a wildlife area and down back to Lickfork Road where we connected back up with the Winter Trailhead / Gate Closure area.

This area is closed to all motorized use in the winter due to big game wintering in the area. However foot / horse / bike access is still allowed. On the ridge to cook and stay warm we built a temporary fire pit in the muddy closed 4x4 road and destroyed the fire pit the following morning to leave no trace and not block 4x4 access.
