Silent hiking in the Natural Park of Els Ports (Spain). Two-day circular route that includes the ascent to Mont Caro, the highest peak of the massif at 1441m. The route starts in the area of La Vall, gaining altitude first on a track and then on typical terrain of this area with continuous ascents and descents, the GR7 leads to the Refugio Caro UEC, where I spent the night. The next day, the last stretch to the summit of Mont Caro and back. In the video you can see the attractions of this natural park: varied vegetation, peculiar rock formations, ravines, caves, beautiful panoramic views and of course one of its most representative inhabitants, the mountain goat. A beautiful route with a total of 23km and about 1,500m of elevation gain.
