Joe Flacco is the director of the show for now, and is making some unbelievable plays out there on the field for a 38 year old journeyman -- but this team has found success regardless of who is pplaying quarterback.

Andrew Berry, Kevin Stefanski, and Paul DePodesta have changed the culture, and that's why these improbable wins are happening what seems like almost every week.
