Kobe and Wagyu beef, scallops, salmon, and bacon. Today, we cooked them all...on a huge 25 pound hot Himalayan salt rock. Yes, you read that right. It might sound crazy, but cooking on a salt slab is fun and flavorful. The process is quite similar to Korean barbecue, except when your food cooks, it's being naturally seasoned at thee same time.

On another note, today I LAUNCHED MY FIRST COMPANY. (Edit: we sold out of everything. Re-stocking ASAP). I'm proud to say that I've been working for nearly a year with an amazing team on this, and it's finally become a reality. Osmo Salt (the name comes from the term 'osmosis' that occurs when you put salt on any food) is a collection of premium cooking salts. And, perhaps most importantly, we are also offering 169 limited-edition signed pieces you can purchase. I'm also giving away my personal chef's knife (the same one that has been used in hundreds and hundreds of videos) to one lucky winner in the first 1,000 orders. This salt will step up your game in the the kitchen. https://www.osmosalt.com/

Thank you all for the continued support. We've just hit 2.5 million. Next up, THREE MILLION!! Always remember: anyone can cook.
