Originally added as nothing more than a brief mention, The Epsilon Program in the Grand Theft Auto series is easily brushed off as a cult. Led by charismatic and odd leader Cris Formage, not much is revealed throughout the series about this character. While most players brush him off as a simple zealot, here's why the Epsilon Program's leader may actually be telling the truth.
