On Saturday, November 20th, 2021 after the conclusion of the Charleston Southern vs. UGA game, the University of Georgia Redcoat Band inducted senior football player Jordan Davis, #99, as an official honorary Redcoat Band member. He was awarded a plaque with the official tribute as well as a custom made Redcoat Band jacket. Upon his first official act as an honorary Redcoat, Jordan conducted the UGA fight song "Glory" paired with the "Angel Tag".
