On October 10 we were treated to a beautiful display of the Northern Lights, so I thought I'd just point my 6k camera at it and see what I could capture.

Time is compressed in this footage: 5 minutes of this video is 1 hour of real time.

I have color-graded this to appear as similar to how it appeared to my eyes at the time: I didn't want to juice it to look more intense than it really did. Due to the cold weather I only saw the first part of this live and was unaware of the much more intense display later in the night until I looked at the video this morning.
