The Northern Florida Division of the Atlantic Coast S Gaugers held their February 2023 meeting at Lloyd Lippert's house. Nine club members operated various renditions of the American Flyer Chestnut stripe cars and Silver Flash units including the 1954 Silver Flash Freight Set, the 1954 Silver Flash Passenger set, and a six car set of LTI cars including a custom painted diner and RPO car from Larry. Lloyd's "South Dakota" themed layout operated flawlessly and the trains were right at home surrounded by his high quality collection. It was a gorgeous Florida evening and we enjoyed playing with American Flyer and Hafner windup trains from 1914 through 1937 outside on the back porch. The evening was complete with Sharon's homemade macadamia nut cookies and Steve's homemake chocolate cupcakes.
