In Hyogo prefecture, there are many low mountains with exposed rocks, and there are many places called the Alps.
The Alps in Kasai City are called "Kasai Alps" with Mt. Zenbo and Mt. Kasamatsu as the main peaks.

This time, we will use the parking lot of Zenbo Community Center (free of charge).
Toilets are also installed.
First, head to Mt. Zenbo.
There are several courses on Mt. Zenbo, but we will climb on the Uba Rock course.
After climbing for a while, I saw a sharp rock called "Uba Rock".
Indeed, the Matterhorn was written above the course name at the entrance.

After arriving at Mt. Zenbo, we will head to Mt. Kasamatsu.
From here, walk while looking at the mountains of the Kasai Alps.
Along the way, you will climb a suspension bridge and a large monolith.
This rock is also a place where I hesitated to come to the Kasai Alps because of the fear of Beniyama.
However, I was able to climb without any problems.

It was very hot on this day, and my body was not accustomed to the heat yet, so it was a physically difficult vertical run.
When I arrived at Kasamatsuyama, I was sick.
However, this time I want to go through the back of the horse, so I will stretch my legs a little more.

Arrive at the back of the horse and enjoy the powerful scenery.
It seems to be on the back of a big dinosaur.

Go around the figure eight and go down the mountain.
Whenever I go down the mountain, I want to drink carbonated drinks.
There was a vending machine on the way back to the parking lot.
The cider at this time is the best.
