This is a song from the TV show Breaking Bad, featured in Season 2, it´s a Mexican genre known as narco corrido, this type of songs tell the stories of drug dealers, sometimes making them seem like heroes. by the way, I do not endorse drug cartels, gangsters or any stuff from that "culture", it´s just a fun song from my favorite TV show.
