The best hummus recipe that is sure to last a lifetime! It's easy, quick and delicious!
Many of you are familiar with hummus, an incredibly popular chickpea sauce. This is one of my favorites too and I'm really excited to show you how to make hummus the best you have ever tasted in just 10 minutes

Ingredients:
400 g canned chickpeas (~ 14 oz, ~ 0.9 lb)
6 tablespoons of tahini
1 lemon
6 ice cubes
2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
Half a teaspoon of salt

2-3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

150 g sesame seeds (1 and 1/4 cups)

- To get a perfectly smooth hummus, you must first peel the chickpeas. Add 400gr
