So to overcome the problem of the Play Store on the Samsung J2 Prime cellphone not being able to be opened, we have to use the overwriting technique with the file that we downloaded from Google, & for YouTube which always cannot be opened even though we have deleted the data, the solution is to add memory card on the cellphone, then we set the storage to SD card, because the internal memory on the J2 Prime cellphone is very small.
