Well. Look what the cat dragged in. A Spark Build. I tried this setup with Ball Lightning, but the double legendary rings just really took the cake because of the Crit Strike Damage Tempers. Splintering deals flat damage at base like Glacial, and increased by 1% for every 1% Critical Strike Damage. Look at us, we got something with uncapped scaling.

Splintering hits like a truck. 10-15M per proc, and my gear isn't even perfect. And she be proccing, I can't see a damn thing with damage numbers on. Albeit I am using a double dipping storm swell, however it's offset by the fantasy that this is the damage I would be doing with perfect gear and a storm swell that doesn't double dip. Comprende?

Falls off a touch on bosses (Big Surprise for Sorc), but this thing giga nukes mobs. It essentially deals 5x damage when mobbing because of the chain 5 times part of the aspect. This 5x chain is also it's downfall when bossing, because there is nothing to chain too! Another build that really wants a boss with a ton of mobs.

I see this being a giga speed farm build, perhaps dropping firebolt enchant for teleport enchant and dropping Esu's for some Rakanoths or Attacks Reduce Evade Legendary Boots.

Overflowing was the play on the PTR because the 250% from Vyr's didn't quite seem to be working correctly. If i was hitting for 10 Million, I should have seen some 35 Million Damage procs, but I never did. It appeared to be dealing 250% of base damage, without scaling. Lovely stuff. Helluva bugged PTR, but we ironed out some things.

Tune in next time on DragonBall-Z, which most likely won't air again until more patch notes come out, or right before Season 5. I am going to spend the next month getting my gym routine back in full swing. Toodles.
