This is the third video of our Ireland-Wales-England-Scotland series. It was an adventurous boat journey through the rough Atlantic Ocean in a windy climate. It now takes only 15 minutes to get from Doolin to Inis Oirr. Doolin Ferry Co. operates the largest and fastest ferry fleet from Doolin. Inis Oirr (Inisheer) means ‘Island Of The East’ and is the smallest of the three Aran Islands. The size of the Island is about 3 km by 2 km and there are about 300 people living here today.
