Lidless is the tankiest version of the build with infinite Bone Storm. A bit slower, however you will never die.
Focus and 2-Handed versions are very close.
Resource regen is slightly better with a Focus and you have more resource than a 2-Handed weapon, so it is more accessible.

You need to have 100% critical chance and at least 275 max resource to make it work.
"Osseous Gale" is required to maintain barrier, fortify and proc Flesh-Eater.
"Requiem" allows adding maximum resource and damage multiplier after using Bone Prison.
