In this video we will be participating in the Morning Alms Ceremony by giving offering monks food into the alms bowls for the passing monks.

Many people believe that by giving food to sustain the monks they will gain merit for good in their future lives!

We will also be taking a stroll around the morning market in Luang Prabang and you will see our first impressions and also trying out some food!
