In this video I will share with you "wild" exercises for pumping the back at home without the use of iron.
The exercises are selected so that they can be done by both a beginner and an already trained athlete. A pumped embossed back will make you seem bigger and more powerful.
The training describes the approximate number of sets and reps, because for each athlete these figures will be different. Rest between sets up to 2 minutes, between exercises up to 3 minutes.
