Ingredients:
1 egg
1 onion
1 green chili
A pinch of turmeric powder
A pinch of Garam masala
Salt (as per taste)
Chili powder (as per taste)
Roti atta
Method:
1. In a bowl, mix the egg, turmeric powder, Garam masala, salt, chili powder, chopped onions, and green chilies.
2. Roll out a roti and heat it on a pan.
3. Once it's cooked from one side, flip it and pour the egg mixture on it.
4. Cook it well from both sides.
