Hey everyruby,
Aside from chapter one, I also made a new cover artwork for the third chapter of the saga. I was actually a little doubtful about the subject material because it's in such stark contrast with the contents of the actual chapter, but I figured if there was any time to feature this scene as one of the cover artworks, it would be this chapter, as the opening scenes still take place on Silvea.

It was so lovely to get to draw uncle Juniper and aunt Astra together for once. Illustration wise, I've only ever drawn them separately up until now (so it was honestly quite a relief to see that their designs worked together digitally, too- and not only on paper). Besides that, I also got to take another spin at the dining area of the Frostthorn household. I've certainly improved a lot since I first designed this area back in 2019. I really hope I'll get to show more of their home later in the story, especially the outsides!

Other than that, there's hardly anything I can say about the context behind this scene without spoiling a whole bunch. You'll have to read to find out ^^

As for what's to come- I've recently shared the remainder of chapter updates for ch4 ("The Initiation") on Wattpad, so now it's on to ch5! Updates will release every 13th and 27th of the month 'till the end of the chapter!
