Roasted potatoes
Mini potatoes 10-12 pieces
Garlic cloves 3 pieces
Soak for 10 mins
washed well
Boiling water
Salt 1/2 tsp
Boil for 10 mins
Paprika powder 1/2 tsp
Chili flakes 1 tsp
Mixed herbs 1/2 tsp
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Rice flour 1 tsp
Mix well
Keep aside
Garlic
Butter 2 tbsp
Heat for 1 min
Turn off the flame
Add potatoes
Mix well
Turn on the flame
Roast for 10-15 mins until crispy low flame
Coriander 1 tbsp
