You can see that it involves the Golden Popberries.
You have to talk to the NPC's Karen and Ranger Dale and grow your first Golden Popberries in order to make a Golden Berrylicious Pie. As a reward you get some $BERRY tokens and now you can buy the Golden Popberry Seeds at Hazels Shop.
