What used to be a no-go area of Karachi in ruins from violence and Gang Warfare is now home to a School like no other - a school helping children overcome traumatic experiences addressing the deep emotional damage they have faced.

We initially just wanted to take some pictures of the beautiful Kiran Gali - a narrow street full of buildings beautifully painted in vibrant colours but soon ended up having a tour of this amazing school and meeting the Chairwoman of the Kiran Foundation!

It was one of those travelling moments that we will never forget.
