CrossFit Nac went up to the third annual Rose City Ruckus put on by Premiere CrossFit in Tyler, Texas and had a good ole time.

This is just a few of the workout highlights including Matt Neid's 2nd place overall finish in the Men's Scaled Division. A full recap video will be coming later when I'm not so slammed with grad school work.
