Scope is a limit to the number of subjects covered in a problem. Therefore, the scope of history in general can be interpreted as the limitations in studying and discussing existing historical problems.

In general, there are 4 scopes of this study, namely history as a science, history as an event, history as a story and history as an art. Here's an explanation of each.
