I'm working my way through designing and prototyping each part of the new Resolute with the help of the VMC!

Over the weekend I worked on the fixturing and toolpaths for the handle scales... After almost 3 days of programming I got this. It's not anywhere near optimized, but it's already just unbelievably quick!

The resulting scales were nearly perfect, after some minor tweaks they should be bang on!
