1. When you hear that people are looking to you for guidance, how do you feel? Is that exciting? Is it scary? Why?

2. If someone gathered with the church, who knew nothing about worship and saw your worship team leading worship, what would they assume about worship?

3. Dream together as a team: what do you want worship to look like in the church? When you are on the platform on Sunday morning, what do you want to see?

4. Think about your answers to the last question. How can you model one of those things this Sunday as a team? Don’t wait until Sunday to model it practice modeling it during your rehearsal so that you’re ready to model it on Sunday.
