Hello and welcome to Olga Kocht 🍖

Today we make delicious Chebureki / Chebureki / чебуреки.

For cooking you need the following ingredients:

For the filling:
- 250g minced meat (mixed or pork)
- 2 large onions (mince)
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon red pepper
- 1 teaspoon of pepper

For the dough:
- 500g flour (type 405)
- 400ml of water (heated to 70 C °)
- 50ml sunflower oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- about 800ml sunflower oil to sauté

Chebureki / Chebureki knows everyone who comes from Russia. It tastes good
