What is amazing about this video is the clear evidence of the high winds and heavy rain that Hurricane Lidia brought.

Damage was heavy along the Malecon in Puerto Vallarta and other locations in Jalisco and Nayarit.

First responders were quickly on the job and are credited with reducing the impact of the storm by Jalisco Governor Enrique Álfaro Ramírez.
