Made it out to kimbolton in Huntington/Cambridgeshire on Friday to see memorial for the 379th bombardment group. Unfortunately didn’t get to the church to see the memorial there due to time. This one is one I wanted to cover for a while now especially in the case of the Charlie Brown - Franz Stigler incident. The 379th were deactivated in Casablanca on the 25th of July 1945 and were reactivated in 2003 as the 379th expeditionary operations group which is the largest in the US Air Force. Photos are property of the American air museum in Britain. Sabaton album artwork property of Sabaton. Song no bullets fly can be found on Spotify and other streaming platforms.footage and music are property of myself and performed by myself.
