Let's make a chocolate sphere with cocoa and marshmallows inside! Just add hot milk and see what happens!

A great gift for both adults and children!)
In the video, you will learn how to temper chocolate and make chocolate spheres.

The ingredients are very simple:
6 hemispheres with a diameter of 5 cm
Natural chocolate - dark or milk - 120g
Cocoa (I have Nesquik, you can use natural cocoa powder without sugar)
Mini marshmallows
For decoration: white chocolate, sprinkles, colored sugar

In a plastic container, melt 90 g of chocolate in the microwave, remove and stir every 15 seconds. Heat in this way to a temperature of 45-49C.
Pour in the rest of the chocolate (30g) and stir quickly, the chocolate should melt and the temperature should be 30-31C.
Using a wide brush, spread the chocolate over the hemispheres.

When the chocolate is matte, refrigerate it for 15 minutes. Then carefully remove.
Heat a metal spatula or baking sheet and trim the edges of the 3 hemispheres by heating them.
Pour in cocoa - about 2 tablespoons, and put in mini marshmallows.
Heat the edges of the second halves and join.
Apply decor.

How to use:

Method 1: pour hot milk into a mug and put a "bomb"
Method 2: first put the "bomb" in an empty mug and pour hot milk on top.
And watch how the chocolate melts beautifully and the marshmallows appear. Stir and enjoy a delicious drink.
Bon Appetit!
