At last my friend Tim and I have found a mutually convenient gap in our diaries to complete our long anticipated wild camp on the Kinder Plateau. We parked up at Hayfield and walked straight up to the top and made our way to the Kinder Downfall where we camp. By far the best wild camp in terms of weather, views and it was extra special to be with a good friend who is just as passionate about hiking and camping as I am.
