Fried chicken recipe:
Boiling Chicken:
Chicken leg - 4
Chicken thigh - 4
Garlic cloves - 5
Onion - 1
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Water - 3 cups

Dry ingredients:
Plain flour - 2 cups
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
Chilli powder - 1½ teaspoon
Garlic powder - 2 teaspoon

Wet ingredients:
Seasoned flour
Water - 1 cup
Egg - 1
