Point of Aim:
For beginners:
𧿠Start with a static point to aim at on the bank or beyond (rink markers, fence posts, etc)
𧿠Roll the bowl toward that target POA in a straight line
𧿠Adjust focal point based on results
𧿠The Goal is to roll straight at that target over and over (use targets/CDs/circles on the green to train)
Advanced:
𧿠Draw your target line from the POA static point onto the green (allows for proper head position)
𧿠Focus on that point and roll the bowl straight toward that target
𧿠Adjust focal point based on results

Weight Control:
𧿠Use mental training and natural motion to add or subtract weight
𧿠Do not force yourself to do something:
Big backswing, Big Step, Reduce Follow-through, etc.
ð§¿Use focal points on the green from POA to adjust weight - look farther up the green to more distance and shorter for less distance
ð§¿Train to roll the bowl straight towards the apex of your visualized path where it will break and curl afterwards
