My mom always told me that I should eat a spoonful of olive oil everyday, so when I heard about these new Starbucks beverages I had to try them, especially after I read that Starbucks says the inspiration for the drinks is a nod to the daily ritual of eating a spoonful of olive oil in certain regions of Italy. I didn't know that was something known in Italy too, but I guess it makes sense because we are all part of the mediterranean sea. However, my mom is happy now that I'm eating my one spoon of olive oil 😅

Ingredients:
2 shots espresso
1 tablespoon hazelnut coffee syrup
1/2 cup oat milk or milk of choice
1 tablespoon cold -pressed extra virgin olive oil

Oleato Golden Foam Espresso Martini:
Ingredients
2 shots espresso
2 shots vodka
2 tbsp kahlúa
For the golden foam you need: 2 tbsp heavy cream, 1 tbsp milk, 1 tbsp vanilla syrup, and 1 tbsp olive oil.
