We are harvest our outside summer crop from our homestead garden here in Mongolia. We need to start the harvest before winter comes and the frost. We also move a lot of our plants and fruit trees into our winter greenhouse were we are able to grow all year round. We share with you a couple of ways to store your vegetables to make them last longer. It is always great moving food from our garden to the kitchen. It is so wonderful that we can grown our own food here in Mongolia. This is all part of our road to become self sufficient and self sustainable here. These tips and tricks helped us to because more self sufficient and self sustainable here in Mongolia.
