EXPLORING IDERE HILL- OYO STATENIGERIA IN 2023 I YARA I| AROYE I| EEYORE IODO EJA || PALACE.

Idere Hills is one of the tourist attractions in Oyo State. It was commissioned as a tourist attraction site in Oyo in the year 2020 by Governor Seyi Makinde.
It is a historical mountain that has interesting stories dating back as far as over 600 years.
It is located in a quiet town known as Idere in Oyo State.
The hill has a view that will take your breath away and keep you wanting more. There are several attractions you should look out for when you visit this beautiful mountain some of which i missed because there was a poor structure in the management of the hill from bad tourist guide with not enough knowledge and always saying “I don’t know” to unkempt historical landmarks.

Well, join me as we see the beautiful landmarks and the stories i was told that was behind the locations.

Some of the places i was not taken to due to poor structures include

8. Odi ilu where you can find the defence wall
9. Isoku Iruku
10. Olorogun Meji
11. Ape Tree

So i basically got half of my monies worth.
If you plan on going I’d advise you list the places you will like to see when you contact the tour guide and make sure they agree to take you there before planning your trip there.
