Katherine Gorge is one of Australia's natural wonders and comprises of thirteen ancient sandstone gorges. Located 28 km from the town of Katherine in the Northern Territory of Australia it is a popular place for canoeing and bush walking.

By far the most popular activity is to take a Katherine Gorge Cruise of three of the thirteen gorges. The cruise takes you through stunning scenery and you can learn more about the history and life in and around the gorge of the Jawoyn people, the traditional owners of the land. You will hear stories of the Jawoyn dreaming and learn about the wildlife that inhabitants the gorge.
