These pickle glazed spare ribs will be some of the best you ever make!
1. Indirect on the kettle at 300° for 2 hours.
2. Wrapped in foil and indirect for another hour.
3. Unwrap and sear direct over coals on both sides.
4. Brush with Pickle Glaze (1 cup pickle juice to 2 cups brown sugar)
