If you've clicked on this video I think it is safe to assume you have either decided, or are thinking about quitting social media. If that is the case, I encourage you 1000% to go for it.

Check your screen time and see what apps are consuming most of your time. Say goodbye to Instagram, TikTok, SnapChat, whatever social media is taking so much of your precious time and energy.

If you don't feel ready to delete anything permanently, just disable them and delete the app from your phone for now so you aren't tempted to check them throughout your day.

Whether it is for a week, month or longer, I can almost guarantee you will begin to see incredibly positive benefits in your life.
