This video shows a high temperature test (380°C) with the micro twin-screw compounder MiniLab. The polymer (LCP) and the filler (Nano-Clay) were pre-dried at 120°C, for several hours. The sample (8g: 95% polymer, 5% filler) was premixed and manually fed into the running extruder.
