Fizah Rahim and Rezaliando, both born in 1983, are the creative forces behind Machineast (established 2015), a renowned digital art collective. Fizah, from Sandakan, Malaysia, infuses her work with vibrant colors and mesmerizing animation loops that reflect her East Malaysian roots. Rezaliando, from Pekanbaru, Indonesia, brings extensive 3D technical prowess and experience as a creative director. Together, they produce innovative digital artworks, attracting high-profile clients like NIKE, Apple, and IBM. Their collaborative and individual works have been showcased in exhibitions across Singapore, Malaysia, New York, and China, significantly influencing the contemporary digital art scene.

─Concept of Work─
"Reflective Ascension" is a visually captivating animation that explores self-discovery and personal evolution. It begins with a solitary ball under the gaze of mirror eyes, symbolizing self-awareness. As the ball multiplies, it transitions through societal integration, interacting with reflective surfaces resembling educational building blocks, representing learning and development. Navigating gears and glossy pipes, the balls illustrate the intricate dynamics of the workforce and collective growth.
