Hello☆I'm Yukari, a culinary researcher♪This time, I made botamochi☆ It is eaten in spring equinoctial week in the season of hagi. Here are some tips on how to make tsubuan soft, fluffy and delicious. Please make sure to make it for this year's equinoctial week.
