Dementia is a life changing condition, especially when you are young. People living with young onset dementia are often offered the same services as older people that don't suit their needs. Age Connects Torfaen didn't agree with this and went on to create the Zest for Life service. A supportive group for younger people (40-65 years) with dementia or cognitive impairment.
